復活節4天假期，我 Book 了位於黃竹坑的南灣如心酒店3日兩夜 Easter staycation！在黃竹坑工業區這一帶，很難搵到餐廳食肆呀！於是，在第二晚，我打算做 Gym 後，走到酒店3樓的餐廳 <I-O-N> 買外賣！供應時間：每日 6:30~9:30pm由落單到取外賣，等候約5分鐘，相當快！不過，外賣袋跟坊間茶餐廳一樣用膠袋， 有其他酒店餐廳外賣用上紙袋。選用"能氧化生物降解餐具"！馬來西亞海鮮喇沙 $148 包括：蝦、魷魚、魚蛋、魚片、豆卜、大豆芽菜，加上炸蒜！湯底香濃，入口酸辣帶甜！風味滿載！3隻蝦爽口有鮮味、魷魚較有嚼勁又淡味、魚蛋結實又調味啱口味、魚片爽口彈牙、豆卜要咬開浸湯才會慢慢入味、麵條彈牙掛湯，其質感似是“滲滲”，米線另一種麵的質感！
