To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去到深井揾食，見到門口幾靚，餐牌都好吸引，於是入去食，叫咗燒豬髀餐和西冷扒餐，首先忌廉湯有少許咸，雜菜湯無乜味，三文魚沙律的三文魚不新鮮，有腥味，煙鴨胸沙律的鴨胸尚可，燒豬脾的皮脆但不鬆，有點韌，西冷就好鬼韌，o趙到口都軟，（我屋企樓下間茶餐廳仲好食過佢），到甜品，我們要芝士蛋糕和綠茶凍，芝士蛋糕好冰凍，似莎莉的急凍芝士蛋糕，綠茶凍則無乜味又唔凍，都唔知點解叫綠茶凍，凍咖啡又係茶餐廳好飲過佢好多，真係好唔掂，埋單要五百幾蚊，但食ｄ咁嘅嘢，真係去酒店食無咁嬲。服務又無冷氣又唔夠，我切完ｄ韌嘢都流晒汗。
