To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 連放四日假,都要飲吓茶。坐低睇餐牌,價錢酒店級,點心選擇唔多,所以都係叫番食開嘅。雪山叉燒包有水準,蝦腸皮唔夠滑,蝦餃燒賣每樣得三粒,味道可以。牛肉球味道唔錯但祗有有四小粒,春卷正常。食完後加黑糖馬拉糕,唔太甜但得三小粒。結脹時發現有85折,但仍然覺得CP值低。
