先生追求工作與生活平衡,星期五的晚上,來到位於觀塘Apm 附近既Walter Bistro 食酒店式半自助餐鬆一鬆!餐廳裝修富現代感,地方唔算太大,所以取餐超方便,自助食物集中在中央長枱區域!有前菜芝士,意大利火腿,煙三文魚,青口,蝦,麵包蟹,燒味,壽司,牛扒,西湯,中湯,糖水,甜品,雪糕,蛋糕等,都幾多野食!!基本上全程食唔停口,仲有專人開生蠔同整窩夫~主菜有5 款選擇~香煎多寶魚及新鮮蔬菜 +$68 魚肉煎香再放入豆類,芹菜,紅蘿蔔炆軟,組合很有外國風情!烤加拿大黑毛豬扒配薯仔及新鮮蔬菜 +$88豬扒非常厚身,外層煎得香口,入口有爆汁的效果,配上紅蘿蔔,西蘭花,薯條,整個配搭都幾飽肚!自助區內大部份食物都很美味!南瓜忌廉湯入口香滑順喉,飲完即刻要再添一碗~~蘋果雪耳糖水香甜滋潤麵包蟹蓋很多蟹羔~紅酒炆牛腩~燒豬味道唔錯,唯豬皮不夠香脆!油雞肉質嫩滑~芝士蛋糕,movenpick 雪糕都可以任食!整體上都好食同多選擇,出地鐵行5 分鐘即到,值得一試!🌸Walter Bistro🌸觀塘巧明街97號智選假日酒店1樓月光太太
