XO醬蟹肉露筍果露筍蟹肉滿滿，口感豐富入面本身加左XO幾香但再點埋佢碟XO，好食程度提高！好食👍🏻貴妃醉蝦餃未咬先聞下，淡淡酒香一啖咬落去，外皮煙韌內裡多汁，蝦肉彈牙今餐之最🫶🏻鮑魚花膠海味灌湯餃價錢好進取，但見到有都想試下🤤個湯好濃，有成粒乾瑤柱湯底應該有用金華火腿，好好飲灌湯餃皮簿，比好多坊間既優秀！個涵豐富多料，整體好食但食唔出鮑魚花膠既感覺🙈銀湖天鵝酥天鵝身炸得好脆唔乾身同唔厚粉，高質！個涵應該係鵝肉加上其他配料配搭新奇，內裡多汁，好食！上湯浸牛肉球個湯清清地好飲牛肉球細細，有陳皮味完全唔需要點喼汁味道唔錯，幾得意麻香蛋散看似簡單其實見盡廚師功架雖然比較細件，但乾身輕盈糖漿上枱前已撈好食落鬆脆，推介！
