To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今個月有兩位朋友生日, 所以係開飯搵好野食, 荃灣係一個好少去既地方, 所以特別日子就周圍去下.今次就搵到呢間"食得喜小廚", 賣點應該係"酒店總廚". 我地一行4人大約7點去到差不多滿座, 好在仲有一張枱. 菠蘿咕嚕肉 ---- 肉太少, 但味道ok椒鹽鮮魷 --- 咸左少少, 但好香脆炸墨魚餅 --- 呢個係用鮮墨魚去做, 好彈牙, 所以叫左兩轉冰梅骨 --- 呢個好好味, 少少酸好開胃啫啫芥蘭煲 --- 超香, 因為落左d大隻蝦乾, 肉碎 ~~~ 讚
