今晚揸車去到沙田呢一間酒店搵野食,咁岩仲有優惠,都幾抵食,價錢不算太貴。我地叫了一盅椰青燉花膠雞湯,清甜的雞湯作為開胃菜十分合適,加上椰青可以清清熱下下火。然後叫了蒸扇貝,有五大隻,有鮮味,調味也非常到位。之後的是士多啤利汁脆蝦球,蝦球大大隻,份量十足,炸粉也出奇地好吃,是我今餐的最愛。薑蔥龍蝦滑雞煲有半隻波士頓龍蝦和大約半隻雞,這個配搭有點新奇,雞件新鮮好吃。如果酒樓在比較方便的位置,相信會有更多客人。
