To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同小朋友嚟staycation ，夜晚廢事周圍走搵食，決定落地下餐廳食，價錢唔算貴。我哋叫咗3個主菜肉醬意粉 $98 大碟抵食埋肚之選，唔會太鹹，調味唔錯照燒雞扒（包前菜、湯）前菜係泰式辣汁口味，如果有唔辣揀就更好，南瓜湯好味🤤，照燒雞扒絕非茶餐廳級數，扒無雪味，味道唔同一般個d得鹹蒜味，肉質Juicy，老公讚不絕口，好少有。而我叫咗牛扒10oz （包前菜、湯） $198,呢個價錢好抵，所以我對塊牛扒都無乜期望，但求飽肚，結果都煮得好好，個汁嘅調味做得好好，讚。
