今日同朋友去左一間於元朗的酒泉日本料理,依間餐廳都好耐歷史了,裝修比較舊,好有老店嘅風格,我地叫左甜蝦,吞拿魚腩,左口魚群邊,帶子壽司,油甘魚壽司,象拔蚌壽司,及海膽壽司等、壽司口感不是太新鮮,冇味,唔爽,攞到埋黎已經暖暖地,仲叫左軟殼蟹手卷、這個味道比較正常,紫菜都仲脆嘅,另外串燒牛脷就比較硬,冇乜味,芥末芝士焗生蠔,太多芥末,好辣,蓋過晒芝士同蠔味,懷疑係d蠔,唔太新鮮,要用芥末去蓋過佢,d蠔又細隻,蟹子沙律(一人前),蟹子都算多,下面有少少蟹柳,但份量唔多,味道一般,海老什菜天婦羅好大碟,但係完全無味,兩隻炸蝦,一陣雪味,其他9件都係蕃薯同茄子,無其他蔬菜類,大大舊食到唔想食,其實除左海膽壽司及軟殼蟹手卷叫做過得去外,其他都好難食,十年前食都幾好食,依家好難食,唔會再去 ><
