北區人都會知道,馬會道一帶好多餐廳~但今日我嘅目標係要食花雕雞!我自己都好鍾意自煮花雕雞湯底,所以對花雕雞湯都有一定要求🤏佢個上等藥材花雕雞窩湯底一煲起我就急不及待想試,真係好勁酒味🍷!所以要等佢再煲下揮發啲酒味先,同埋靚女店主話落埋雞肉一齊煲下之後,湯底會比較鮮甜🐔🐔落咗第一轉雞肉之後,少咗酒味,個湯真係鮮甜咗好多😍有時花雕雞湯得酒嘅苦味或者淨得鹹味...但佢哋落咗唔少紅棗,仲有圓肉,略甜嘅味道可以帶起成個湯底嘅鮮味😋😋個湯底本身無雞肉,所以另外點咗呢個農場鮮雞~係咪鮮雞真係一食就知,佢嘅雞皮食落都係好有彈性,而且唔算好肥,肉質好滑👍靚女店主話最好大滾3分鐘🔥🔥,然後熄火焗3分鐘,咁就最嫩滑好食!呢個牛坑腩已經係熟咗,所以放落去等佢吸收下湯汁已經好好味了🐮佢嘅肉唔會太韌,中間有個筋位幾爽口~母親大人喜歡吃芫茜,所以佢揀咗手工芫茜餃🙈佢話好香芫茜味好正☘,而我見佢嘅皮都幾滑~最後都要叫個田園雜菇拼菜嚟清清腸胃,佢有粟米🌽生菜🥬冬瓜之類~吸滿個湯汁,真係連豉油都唔使點~而其實我好鍾意佢個豉油,應該係製過,唔會死鹹🧂,有啲甜味,有時唔小心點多咗都無問題~呢間絕對係我想食花雕雞又唔想自己煮時

個湯底本身無雞肉,所以另外點咗呢個農場鮮雞~
係咪鮮雞真係一食就知,佢嘅雞皮食落都係好有彈性,而且唔算好肥,肉質好滑👍
靚女店主話最好大滾3分鐘🔥🔥,然後熄火焗3分鐘,咁就最嫩滑好食!

呢個牛坑腩已經係熟咗,所以放落去等佢吸收下湯汁已經好好味了🐮
