外賣酥炸雞排肉燥飯,一般而言肉燥有油是正常,但應不至於多油多到變油泡飯。酥炸雞排炸得太乾,皮太厚,肉太少。較為正常的是隻溏心蛋。茶木開業最開初期食物質素正常。但近年餐廳食物質素每下愈況,整體質素有待大大改善。其實隔開過盛的油只是多一個動作,希望餐廳將來可更用心。
