Restaurant: Tim Ho Wan, the Dim-Sum Specialists

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期六晚去開奧海城食Cinnabon肉桂卷,  順便食下添好運出名既酥皮焗叉燒包, 去到吾駛等位, 成班侍應阿姑企哂係度, 首先叫了酥皮焗叉燒包, 來到只是微微的暖, 不知是不是放了一段時間,  跟者叫了個海帶海帶綠豆沙, 等了十分鐘, 卒之來到,  綠豆沙完全冇味, 吾甜, 味亦很怪, 侍應阿姑話是臭草的味道, 但其他甜品店又冇咁難食既, 應該係我食過之中最難食既綠豆沙, 雖然甜品不是添好運的主食及比較少人叫, 但都沒理由咁難食.

Other Info. : 之前食過中環港鐵站分店, 雖然比較多遊客, 但食物來到都是熱的, 但這裡的點心只是微暖, 真係今時不同往日.
