To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 又係中環搵食艱難系列。轉工返咗嚟中環已經有半年,一直想試呢間有米芝連的點心店,奈何真的得多人排隊,午餐時間真係無時間排隊。由餐廳外面可以睇到餐廳的格局,跟茶餐廳一樣,坐得好密,基於疫情都唔係好想去多人的地方。今日唔想食粉麵飯,就買點心外賣。由於一個人食,簡簡單單買了一個點心。酥皮焗叉燒飽 ($26) - 呢個係必點,係添好運的招牌。一盒有三個,好抵食。個皮好脆,好少少似菠蘿飽個脆皮,不過呢個皮更加細緻,更加鬆脆。個包好軟熟,入面係滿滿埸叉燒醬同粒粒又燒,好惹味。外賣盒仲細心建議於一小時內品嚐。價錢:$23 (平,外賣有9折)食物:好味道 (夠熱,夠脆)服務:快 (要排隊俾錢,要等點心,不過好快)
