好耐之前,有一個熱愛pastry既朋友同我講PMQ有間麵包店好好味,叫我一定要去試下。事隔足足一年,我終於有機會去食呢個聞名已久既麵包。本身朋友推薦我食Gruyere cheese n tomato bread,但經詢問之下,發覺原來變左Dried-tomato & Parmesan。也好,反正一場黎到就食啦!店員好nice好好傾,知我堂食仲比埋vinegar我,將食麵包既層次再推高一個點。個麵包外脆內軟,裡頭好濕潤且酸度剛好,再配上蕃茄同芝士既香味,即使我係麵包門外漢,都食得出同出面既麵包係唔同既!再加上PMQ既環境真係好正,我諗呢度會成為我獨遊既好去處!Dried-tomato and Parmesan Bread($30)
