To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢輪香港好熱，喺銅鑼灣行到腳仔軟，聽講坐落喺銅鑼灣世貿中心4樓嘅天仁茗茶已經開張，仲推出咗夏日特飲，例如有鮮橙乳酪，藍莓乳酪， 919珍珠奶茶等等，即刻上去搵杯嘢飲解吓渴。呢次我就叫咗杯夏日限定嘅冰百香鮮橙綠茶，特別叫咗少冰同少甜。本身鮮橙綠茶都係恆常嘅款式，但係配合冰白香果我就比較少見。第一啖飲落即刻有冰涼嘅快感，不過可能係因為我叫咗少甜嘅關係呢，杯嘢感覺都好酸吓，可能百香果再加橙有「酸」度加剩啦🤣，咬落果啲籽到酸味更出，想試既朋友可以提高甜度，怕酸既朋友就試吓其他口味啦🫣。題外話，可能重有堆鋪頭未開張，人流比較少，周日下午茶時段都唔係好洗等添。
