三五知己放咗工當然約埋去食飯,聽朋友講九龍城好多嘢食,尤其是泰國菜,所以我哋選擇了食泰國嘢。生蝦都好新鮮,本來平平無奇嘅蝦,當點了一些他們自家秘製的醬汁,可以令你有意外驚喜。將生蝦蝦身做完刺身之後,再將蝦頭炸到脆卜卜,別有一番風味。外面薄薄的一層紙米,入面包住炸至脆身的軟殼蟹及配料,最緊要係加咗一塊生菜,令你覺得清新又可口。炸到外脆內軟,不過如果再熱些,我相信會更加好味。蝦又唔新鮮又細隻,廖廖可數,不可再試。
