To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因為之前疫情時確診，好朋友親自把物資送到家中，實在令人太感動，康復之後，今晚便請她來吃最愛吃的酸菜魚。招牌酸菜魚桂花魚$258，桂花魚分量十足，魚肉鮮嫩可口，加上湯頭青甜可口，已過這個價錢來說，非常超值。這個桂花魚無論擺盤和用料，都可以媲美酸菜魚專門店，值得推薦。麻辣大腸$55，大腸清洗得很乾淨，沒有羶臭味，又香又麻，辣度十足。金威啤酒$15，冰凍的啤酒，一向是吃麻辣的最佳伴侶，加上這裏的價錢一點都不貴，是必點的啤酒。四川桂花冰粉$54，桂花味道香濃，冰粉爽口，如果再打爛一點，味道更佳。吃完川菜，吃這個冰粉，可以解辣辣之餘，亦可當為一道甜品。
