To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

凍冰冰最岩就係食辣，暖一暖胃第一次食川菜唔知邊間正，朋友介紹觀塘的川粵時空時尚小廚，花多眼亂唔知揀咩，咁就俾朋友決定啦!酸菜魚份量大大盤，用料十足酸爽味道真係好刺激，麻辣酸味符合香港人口味，湯汁撈飯一流魚肉鮮嫩滑，十分入味，一塊塊，唔會爛溶溶，一食真係暖入心白切雞做到皮脆肉滑，肉質煙靭，鮮嫩多汁，原汁原味食到雞肉鮮香，仔細睇會見到有層薄薄雞凍，可想而知功夫真係唔少啦!見到隔離枱有炸野，我地都唔執輸叫左個椒鹽鮮魷，賣相真係拍得住大排檔，炸到金黃色相當吸引，炸粉又唔會太過厚粉，食落好脆口，味道岩岩好

白切雞做到皮脆肉滑，肉質煙靭，鮮嫩多汁，原汁原味食到雞肉鮮香，仔細睇會見到有層薄薄雞凍，可想而知功夫真係唔少啦!
