To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日 出尖沙咀行街 咁岩見到間譚仔做緊新湯底 就入去試下啦 呢間譚仔都算新 所以環境 衛生都算幾好出餐速度算快我嗌左 炸醬 酸菜魚湯底中辣可能因為酸菜魚湯底既關係 辣度比起平時既溫和左好多 中辣食落 同平時小辣差不多但係個酸菜 就好香 好好味 反而變左重點但有樣唔好既就係 餸只有脆肉鯇一種魚偏偏脆肉鯇同酸菜魚既湯底 就唔太夾建議食呢個湯既人 無必要就唔好揀脆肉鯇啦希望佢遲d會加番普通魚片咁湯底泡椒味重 真係唔錯 比起三哥既水煮鴨血 更出色 因為三哥既鴨血湯 唐芹味道太濃 甚至會搶哂水煮既味

可能因為酸菜魚湯底既關係 辣度比起平時既溫和左好多 中辣食落 同平時小辣差不多
但係個酸菜 就好香 好好味 反而變左重點
但有樣唔好既就係 餸只有脆肉鯇一種魚
偏偏脆肉鯇同酸菜魚既湯底 就唔太夾

建議食呢個湯既人 無必要就唔好揀脆肉鯇啦
希望佢遲d會加番普通魚片咁
