To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

酸辣套餐最正, 但味道水準欠穏

食左呢度都有兩年, 發覺酸辣及麻辣的水準欠穏。本人最愛食酸辣的過橋的套餐及麻辣雞翼, 酸中帶微辣, 份外醒胃。另外, 過橋套餐的清湯, 也比其餘的清湯來得清甜。但有時味道的水準欠穏, 近幾次食的清湯過橋套餐, 欠缺以往的清詌, 只嚐到'咸'的味道。酸辣湯底, 及麻辣, 有時也會突然過辣。近來上食物的速度太慢了, 也欠效率, 食完成個米線, 但碟雞翼還未來。其他槕的朋友們也是等了又等。希望能改善送食物的速度及保持味道的水準!
