To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

現在晚上6:00 就不能堂食，所以今晚就圡左譚仔三哥買外賣。外賣人數都不少最近三哥推出左酸辣撈薯粉，所以就買了兩個回家品嚐。酸辣撈薯粉由最少的 5小辣到特辣，今次點了一個5小辣 和一個大辣，我當然就是吃大辣的。酸辣撈薯粉，用上三哥酸辣汁，香麻辛辣，加上其他配菜，用上扭紋薯粉，吃的時候口感豐富，食指大動。外賣盒，餸菜跟薯粉分開放，非常衛生。湯汁在碗底記得撈起才吃，大辣真的非常辣，真吃得辣才好點。薯粉我最喜歡是粗薯其次就是扭紋薯粉，因為是扭紋，所以很彈牙，酸辣汁也更易附在薯粉上面。
