To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

新品软壳蟹米线点评，今天休息过来这边吃潭仔三哥米线，环境装修都比较干净，服务员也比较热情，在香港很少看到这种热情的服务了，今天过来点了一份新品，口水软壳蟹米线然后加了一杯推荐的饮料和小吃炸猪排，炸猪排味道还可以，就是份量少了一点，估计只有半块猪排左右，新品软壳蟹米线味道比较偏咸，软壳蟹有渣，软壳蟹这种东西还是比较时候炸，做米线感觉浪费了，或者商家改良一下把软壳蟹炸了再放米线里面会好一点，不过环境和服务还是值得再来一次

平日晚市，兩個人好快下單人手缺乏缺少人手下，所有出單菜都混亂，超慢。只係見到年輕嘅侍應不耐煩嘅客人，不斷周旋又投訴又安撫😂跟住就唔夠熱的米線，同埋未熟透而無奈的我，希望下次有待改善，唔會有以上情況發生啦。
