To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

對,又是米線,我太愛吃了,不過大部份朋友都不太喜歡吃,所以大多時間都是我自己獨自一人時才吃。雲桂香米線專門店相信大部份人都有所認識,在我讀書時我久不久都吃一次,連鎖米線店來說,雲桂香算不錯的。配料控的我一口氣點了蘿蔔,豬頸肉,魚肉春卷與雲吞,辣度則挑中小辣,我記得當年吃大辣與中辣都失敗,所以退其次辣度。湯底的酸辣度不是說笑的,光看橘紅深不見底的色澤,已能想像它的辣,儘管酸辣得起勁,我依然想喝,就是喜歡這刺激的酸辣。蘿蔔鮮煮得半通透,亳無渣滓,嚐起來鮮甜得很,與湯底形成強烈的對比。米線也煮得不俗,爽口彈牙,軟硬適中,當米線吸受酸辣湯的滋味,與芽菜,酸菜,韭菜品嚐,蠻惹味的。魚肉春卷與我想的有所不同,它原來它用墨魚作餡料,比起魚肉,我更愛吃墨魚,以腐皮包裹著的墨魚卷彈性十足富嚼勁,外層的腐皮吸附湯汁一流。豬頸肉是眾多配料中最為出色,豬頸肉用香茅醃漬後酥炸後入味之餘亦不會乾柴,保持脆彈的口感,並有一定的厚度,吃時嘴巴絕無空墟的感覺。最差的配料非雲吞莫屬,雲吞皮超級的厚,厚到我不想咀嚼,第二顆雲吞皮直接不吃棄在湯中,菜肉餡料粗嚡,既沒有肉香,亦沒有菜味,感覺用料不新鮮。
