To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

11點半晚上突然覺得肚餓。 經過雲桂香米線。忍唔住又要入嚟食番碗喇。都算幸運原來佢係收拾二點。一路食， 一路都仲有客人入嚟食。最鍾意佢嘅酸辣湯底。酸辣到適中。啱晒我口味。最正係佢入邊有好多肉碎。變咗湯底會好甜。今次叫咗豬軟骨金菇酸辣米線。好正。鋪頭裝修比較舊， 但位置都算寬闊， 算坐得舒服嘅。每次黎食都發現店入邊都坐左好多人。生意唔錯。所以除咗譚仔三哥之外，呢度都算係我比較常會來食嘅一間米線。大家不妨可以試吓佢嘅酸辣湯底
