To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

米線我食左好多間，而譚仔都係全香港有好多好多間分店，我都食過吾同地區既分店味道，作個小總結黎講，鍾意佢地既餸菜算新鮮，有質素，起碼好食過好多吾同大大小小既米線專門店，但佢地既湯底應該真係好多味精，話說食咁多次都會覺得食完之後要狂飲水，會令人覺得好口渴，就算食佢地既清湯底一樣會口渴。而佢地既特式係湯底好夠入味，米線都幾大碗而且餸菜都算份量合理，驚吾夠飽既朋友仲可以試佢地既過橋米線，會有晒咁多樣餸菜，岩岩鍾意食多幾樣野，心大心細既你！
