To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因為想吃酸辣米線，所以來雲貴香解饞。因為吃不了太辣的東西，所以還是叫的小鍋米線的小小辣，基本不辣，有些酸酸的味道。米線很彈很好吃，湯里有酸菜肉末，拌這著米線，酸爽可口。我點了每次必不可少的豬軟骨，很入味，軟骨很軟，入口即化。加了些菜，吸收了湯的酸爽的味道，非常有味道。因為可以按客人口味調整辣度，所以每次都能吃到自己最喜歡的口味，是我這種不會吃辣的人享受酸辣米線的好去處
