To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同女朋友👱‍♀️行到北角 突然見到一間牛雜麵店有酸辣粉食，女朋友都幾鐘意食酸辣粉🤤所以我哋入左佢食 一行到入去 比我想像中嘅環境要好 以前去食牛雜全部都係圓枱 四五個人迫埋一齊 😵‍💫😵‍💫但呢間枱櫈都算闊落 有卡位👍👍 唔使同人迫呢間嘅酸辣粉啲餸選擇太多 所以我哋嗌咗一碗酸辣豬頸肉魚蛋薯粉同麻辣牛丸肥牛薯粉 試下 當黎到嘅時侯 我同女朋友一開始都好疑惑啲薯粉同出面食嘅唔同 會唔會中伏 點知有啲驚喜🙀🙀薯粉好有咬感 而啲豬頸肉唔會話太乾太韌 魚蛋都好彈牙 不過有少少酸 食完先知原來可以叫小酸 整體都幾好食嘅 小弟就食麻辣 嗰個麻辣味麻得來又唔係話好辣 ，唔食得辣嘅朋友都可以試吓 加埋佢個牛丸係好夾 下次會同女朋友再嚟試其他餸
