Restaurant: 傷心酸辣粉 (康寧道)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我係一個煙韌控,所以好鐘意食酸辣粉。觀塘呢間我食左好多年,咁多年來雖然周不時都有啲小變化,但佢嘅酸辣粉依然好好食。特別是佢個學生優惠真係夠曬抵呀!現場得幾張枱,而且好迫下,如果帶小朋友黎,一定小心啲。招牌酸辣粉:有齊酸、辣、麻,唔要辣可以走辣。配料有兩款榨菜、花生、一條菜(真係一條咁大把,我估佢係用黎吸下油😂)。鐵膽!香酥軟骨:除左酸辣粉,佢都係令我不停光顧嘅原因。炸得夠脆,又有少少咬口,正!涼拌豬耳:平時我好少叫豬耳,今次試過,覺得唔錯!豬耳爽脆,充滿麻油香,而且都好乾淨,
