To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日嚟到呢間店,我揀咗酸辣粉,加上啲酥香脆豬腩肉同埋一杯冷泡茶。先講講酸辣粉,啲麵條真係無話咁彈牙😋,辣得嚟又唔會過火,一啖嘴都覺得興奮,夠曬酸夠曬辣,個汁又不會太稀,拌得每條麵都有料到。講到啲酥香脆豬腩肉,叫我點可以唔提呢個脆到出奇嘅皮同埋肉嘅香滑?!食落呢啲脆皮豬仔真係滿足到我哋本地人對炸物嘅一切幻想。到最後呢,再飲杯白桃烏龍冷泡茶,個涼快後勁真係幫到手,將啲辣勁沖沖淡。🍑🍃總括嚟講,呢度食物真係得意得滯,街頭巷尾嘅平凡風味,都可以咁有驚喜,絕對值得再嚟幾轉!👍
