To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

酸酸的湯底

被同事帶路出去食lunch，第一次黎呢間。唔知平時多唔多人，但今日12:15pm左右一入去就只得幾位食客，可能啲學生仲放緊假，上班族都可能清緊假。即坐低睇menu好快落單，野食亦都好快到。食左個小鍋米線$25，嗌左兩個餸，魚肉春卷$7，紫菜$6，走芽菜，冇加野飲。價位尚算正常，唔算好抵食。魚肉春卷得3粒，同紫菜一樣，都係果啲野，唔會難食既。湯底好酸，我諗我應該走酸菜的。不過同行既同事就好鍾意，睇個人口味啦～下次走酸菜再試一下吧。
