每次去銅鑼灣等過馬路,望去對面金百利就會見到麻辣派對個大招牌,我信相好多人都見過。朋友知道呢間麻辣派對,仲話渣甸中心有分店,訂埋檯同我食。餐廳以中國風東方禪設計風格,但以深紫色為主,角落位帶點粉粉紅紅既燈光,似中西合璧既感覺!餐牌封面好令系田園風,仔細睇除左幾種粉色花外,仲有辣椒仔。老成都蒜泥白肉(小辣)$58,滿滿的蒜泥包著薄薄的肉非常大塊,肥而不膩,完全不顧肥肉的存在,是涼拌菜的關係小辣也不辣呀!水煮手切肥牛(小辣)$268,主要用花椒同乾辣椒烹調,再灑上芝麻,芫茜,仲有芽菜,金菇,水晶粉。肥牛混著花椒,辣油,入口後陣陣濃濃的麻香都幾辣。招牌泡椒炒聖子皇(小辣)$48隻,叫左兩隻,鋪滿泡椒,辣椒,芹菜聖子已切開幾節令客人更易入口,肉質爽口,鮮甜肥美又大隻,酸辣開胃,想不到泡椒酸酸辣辣令聖子鮮味更突出。最後送上解辣下火桂花冰粉,冰粉本身無味,口感似啫喱,淡淡冰糖桂花混入冰粉,瞬間就透心涼。
