To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 是妹妹帶我來這間大家樂的。一來到的時候，實在喜出望外，這家大家樂很有情調和氣氛，牆上掛滿了掛畫，而吊燈也很特色，營造了優雅高貴的浪漫氣氛，置身其中也感到格外優閒。座位很多，地方寬敞。　　下午茶時間，我最喜歡的就是大熱狗，無他，醉翁之意在於「醬」，它的醬是獨門秘製的，在沙律醬之外應加上了蛋黃醬以及芥辣，十分惹味。我見服務員給的醬不夠，請他給我再添一些，他就給了我很多，是滿溢的啊，和著了鹹鹹香香的熱狗，再加上青瓜片和蕃茄片的鮮甜，簡直就是一流。而它的包也烘得恰到好處，帶點微脆的，暖暖的溫軟。實在無以上之。　　在連鎖快餐店中，大家樂的奶茶是其中之冠，又濃又香，奶和茶的比例恰到好處，最重要的更在於它夠熱。　　在這樣的環境裏吃到這樣的一頓下午茶，簡直是人生一大快事！
