同朋友一齊食火鍋,去左紅磡的聚一醉火鍋小館 ,雖然地方不算就腳,但原來崇潔街整街都是美食,非常熱鬧。先來一個醬料大混合,XO 醬最讚呀!我地點左個聚一醉醉雞湯底($118)湯底包左半隻醉雞,用花雕酒浸住,雞肉嫩滑又好味,至於湯底材料夠多,湯頭亦香甜!打邊爐配料最緊要新鮮!手工鮮蝦雲吞($58)蝦膠墨魚雙拼滑($88)蝦膠墨魚相信是新鮮打成的,再砌成心型,質感爽口彈牙,鮮味十足!安格斯牛粒($88)牛粒份量很多,滿滿的油脂香,肉質嫩滑!竹串蝦($58)竹串蝦肉質肥美,新鮮可口!鮮脆鯇魚骨腩($78)脆鯇魚骨腩份量夠大,新鮮爽脆,非常好吃!最後還要推介這裡的酸梅湯和竹蔗茅根,是這裡自家煲的,非常足料,冰涼又夠凍,火鍋必備啊!酸梅湯($38)這裡的酸梅湯和和竹蔗茅根是自家制的,酸甜開胃,一定要試!
