平時沒有試過海膽連意大利飯一起食,所以都幾期待。海膽好有誠意,原板大大板上。海膽creamy,甘香無比,上面加有香草,配合fusion菜的主題。意大利飯好煙韌,忌廉汁香濃,草菇味香,一口意大利飯加上一口海膽,原來都幾夾,創意十足。

同行朋友說要啤一啤,所以點了生啤。不得不提,這裡的啤酒種類不少,大多數都是日本啤。


以後去尖沙咀食飯又多一個好去處,尤其是對我這些舉旗不定的人來說,此處結合了法日菜,可以同時食到兩國菜式,很不錯。
