To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

醒神早餐，皇室冰廳

本身我自己都係一個習慣咗食早餐嘅人，而且最鍾意嘅就係食香港風味嘅傳統早餐，於是今日就同同事過咗嚟呢一間皇室冰廳度食早餐啦！之前都聽過呢個同事話呢度嘅早餐好食，今日一試，果然係好高質👍🏻呢一度嘅火腿蛋三文治都係好有驚喜嘅好食，我好鍾意呢一度嘅炒蛋，呢度嘅炒蛋真係炒到好香，而且依然可以保持好滑！再加埋一塊火腿，就係一個好好食嘅三文治啦！另外，當然唔少得要試吓嘅就係呢度招牌真蕃茄湯通粉！鍾意食蕃茄湯底嘅人一定會好鍾意，呢度嘅蕃茄真係好香好足料！而且連埋啲通粉一齊食，真係成個湯都比我飲晒啦！
