打邊爐最緊要係個爐,車仔麵最緊要梗係令菜材變惹味個汁底啦!呢間小店由30年經驗嘅老師傅傳授嘅滷水汁同埋辣汁嘅車仔麵店,講到咁勁,一定要試下佢啦!🥡蘿蔔豬頸肉大腸生菜粉絲普通車仔麵來來去去都去蛋麵,米粉,河粉,而佢呢度有粉絲食喎,麵底就試下佢。煮得岩岩好,入口唔會太冧,仲好有咬口。蘿蔔又清甜而且炆到好入味,入口即溶,吸收曬湯底嘅味道!豬頸肉同大腸就係佢最出名嘅滷水去煮,滷水豬頸肉好入味之餘又脆口,大腸又好腍,唔會有豬嘅異味之餘,仲會清埋腸入邊嘅脂肪添,絕對係車仔麵中最細心嘅舉動。另外滷水牛筋真係佢地嘅滷水食物之中一定要試嘅。首先係好腍好滑,仲非常之"膠",癡住我個咀。而且舊舊都係一口大細,帶少少肉,筋肉分明,令到牛味更重,更好味。🥡重點重點重點,佢個辣汁好惹味,夠辣,唔係講笑,食辣嘅就要試!點解點解點解?因為佢嘅辣係好香,而且唔會好似普通嘅辣完就算,有後勁架。所以配番一個玻璃樽裝嘅可樂就fit 哂!gur 哂啦🤣
