To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

諗唔到食咩🧐又見到出新口味，就入嚟試下啦🤓叫咗豬軟骨·釀豆腐 x 百里香，胡椒鮮蕃茄湯，特飲黑糖寒天苦瓜茶少冰，仲叫咗小食麻辣豬耳😛呢間譚仔等嘢食嚟係等得寧舍耐嘅😶好喇終於得到碗米線，湯係ok ge，豬軟骨之前都出過都keep到ok ge，最有驚喜係釀豆腐，又估唔到嘅幾好食喎！😲😲😲麻辣豬耳不嬲係至愛，每次嚟都係為佢！不過今次太多醬喇，搞到成碟豬耳都好咸🤣🤣黑糖寒天苦瓜茶啲姐姐話係甘甘哋，咁先諗住試下，點知已經唔係甘咁簡單，直程係苦🥶

好喇終於得到碗米線，湯係ok ge，豬軟骨之前都出過都keep到ok ge，最有驚喜係釀豆腐，又估唔到嘅幾好食喎！😲😲😲

麻辣豬耳不嬲係至愛，每次嚟都係為佢！不過今次太多醬喇，搞到成碟豬耳都好咸🤣🤣
