🍥澳洲龍蝦外層微微焦香,入面仲保持住水分。食落口嘅時候會感覺到龍蝦肉嘅鮮甜,同時又唔會過於生冷。整體嚟講,呢隻龍蝦嘅味道平衡得幾好,唔會太濃烈,但又唔會太淡。🍥福岡縣甘經過鐵板燒之後,表面會帶有少少焦香。煎得啱啱好,魚皮會有少少脆口,而魚肉就保持住濕潤,食落口嘅時候會感覺到魚肉嘅質地細緻清甜。🍥焦糖吐司焦糖吐司聽落好似係甜品,但其實喺鐵板燒入面都幾常見,吐司外層會煎到金黃色,帶有焦糖嘅香甜味。入面嘅麵包質地軟綿,焦糖嘅甜味唔會太濃,反而帶有少少焦香,可以中和返之前食嘅海鮮同肉類嘅味道🍥和牛薄燒和牛嘅肉質本身就已經好有口感,薄燒嘅做法更加突出咗佢嘅特色。牛肉表面會輕輕燒過,令到肉散發出聞到都想即刻食啖嘅香味。食落口嘅時候會感覺到肉汁嘅香濃又唔會過分肥膩。
