昨日同老友一齊去咗呢間高級日本料理店,果然名不虛傳。我哋試咗海膽主題嘅料理,每一道都令人印象深刻。第一道料理上枱嘅係殼付原隻海膽。打開海膽殼,入面嘅海膽肉呈現出靚嘅金黃色,睇落去新鮮飽滿,帶有濃郁嘅海味,略帶鹹甜,口感如同雪糕般順滑。炭燒帆立貝海膽漠堡都好好味,帆立貝表面微微焦香,咬落去嗰陣能感受到明顯嘅彈牙感。海膽醬汁為帆立貝提升咗唔少嘅新鮮感同口感,甜鹹適中,完美配合帆立貝嘅鮮甜味道。松葉蟹雞湯配海膽呢道創意嘅料理令人驚喜,湯底清澈但唔失濃郁,湯嘅鮮美同松葉蟹嘅甘甜完美配合咗海膽嘅味道,增添咗一絲奢華感。海膽配煮鮑魚壽司係一道有趣嘅組合,鮑魚煮得啱啱好,保留咗適度嘅嚼勁。海膽嘅圓滑同鮑魚嘅韌性形成唔同嘅口感,兩種唔同嘅海鮮味喺口中混合埋一齊,好有創意。北海道牡丹蝦配海膽呢道菜展現咗食材嘅本真味道,牡丹蝦嘅蝦膏非常多,同海膽一齊食,兩種食材相輔相成,各自嘅特點都得到充分發揮。最後嘅岩手縣石垣貝壽司為整頓飯畫上咗完美嘅句號。石垣貝肉質緊實,帶有輕微嘅嚼勁,口感清爽,算得上係非常好食嘅壽司。 continue reading

終於搵到間令人心動嘅鐵板燒日本餐廳,叫做「里木」,位於尖沙咀,最近都幾少會出街,今次相聚食飯真係好開心😉! 人潮繁多,見有機會可以食到好食嘅鐵板燒,所以我哋預早訂咗位,全部人一齊選擇咗價值$980嘅鐵板燒套餐😍。💓首先,我哋黎緊嗰一輪食物,就係長話短說嘅選擇:北海道活帶子配新鮮紫菜鰹魚清湯。 帶子咀口煙韌有勁,湯湯很鮮美,而且唔會太鹹,好適合香港人嘅口味😋。嚟喇,又一輪超爽嘅食物:活龍蝦配自家製蝦膏牛油醬汁,呢個應該算係今次飯局嘅主打菜式,龍蝦新鮮又大塊,加上香噴噴嘅蝦膏同牛油,我哋一家人一度幾乎要停唔到口🤤!💖要介紹嘅下一個菜式就是櫻花蝦和牛炒飯配蘭王雞蛋。 飯粒一粒粒分明不黏連,配咗少少嘅櫻花蝦幕士鹹香。雞蛋微微帶有濃郁的蛋香,好好味。嚟到咗甜點時間,我哋選擇咗鵝肝吐司,令到這頓飯的完美畫上句號。🎊最後再分享一下我哋嘅飲品:魚湯。純天然無添加嘅湯頭,用魚頭魚骨熬制,滲透咗所有骨膠原,五個鐘嘅滋味,飲落口裏真係好有滋味,飯後助消化不悶不討厭👍。嚟到咗甜點時間,我哋選擇咗鵝肝吐司,令到這頓飯的完美畫上句號。🎊飯局之後,我哋一家人都好滿意,感覺CP值超高! 提著訂位,仲包曬所有菜式嘅餐費,整體來講真係抵食,物有所值。大家有機會都可以試一試,推薦比你哋架!🥳🥳。 continue reading

最近我成日都見到網上有好多人講緊尖沙咀呢間叫做里木嘅壽司鐵板燒餐廳所以我同我班好姊妹就相約去之下啦󰰾我哋一行六人就揀左以下嘅菜式試試:《Omakase Spring Menu》🌸試咗幾款食物 平衡而有層次嘅口感令人一試難忘!深海池魚🐠喺味道上面有份獨有嘅深度即使油脂感重但都仲能保持鮮味 好開胃甘鯛立鱗燒配自家製忌廉洋蔥醬🐟出奇地香 入口絕唔辣 開胃又好食北海道松葉蟹配土佐醋果凍🦀口感爽滑 配上清新嘅土佐醋果凍 好清新大拖羅壽司🍣壽司飯好實淨 大拖羅新鮮彈牙 每一塊都慾罷不能密瓜🍈最後食返個清甜嘅密瓜甜品 好開心好滿足~喺里木食嘅呢一餐我哋都非常滿意 又飽又開心而且埋單每人都唔使$400 非常抵食󰗨尤其地點位置方便 食物優質又抵食以後我哋都會繼續嚟 continue reading
