Italian Wine Salt & Sugar Reduction Restaurant

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天天氣非常適合登高，我們從大嶼山欣澳爬了兩座小山- 大山及大輋峒，到了愉景灣，行得有點攰，決定吃一頓豐富的午餐獎勵自己一下。我們叫了幾款菜式分享：八爪魚沙律、蜆肉及車厘茄白酒煮意粉（蜆肉連殼細細粒都有12隻左右）、24個月Parma Ham火箭菜pizza（材料十足👍🏻）及Margherita 瑪格麗特薄餅（Margherita）薄餅上鋪滿了綠色的羅勒、白色的莫薩里拉芝士、紅色的茄汁，幾款意大利菜式都有水準（可能是好肚餓之故），不錯！另外一款意大利啤酒做緊特價（$58/杯），味道淡淡的，好適合女士享用。
