To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第一次走進尖沙咀重慶大廈，要搞到似店並不容易，一到重慶大廈內所有人都是非華裔人士，你會收到熱情的招待，所有的對話與男士也會Hello Hello Hello來招待你，而你頭也不敢看他一眼，只有顧自己要尋找的店小，而今次光顧的印度素食餐廳，價錢實惠幾十蚊就有交易，很平民價錢，要試特色印度口味素菜，可以試試，而且可感受到人在香港，而感受到身在外地的感覺，說實在的環境尚算清潔，職員有禮有善，很本土印度文化，走進印度餐廳，香港人就是異類，食物落單靠手指示以及英語落單，印度口味香料十足,之前也光顧過別的印度餐廳，因為不是素食餐廳所以只有幾款少量嘅印度素菜，此店使用香料層次豐富吃過應該會再幫襯
