To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢日嚟土瓜灣探剛做完手術的朋友，之後就喺附近食埋晚飯先歸家經過北帝街呢間食四川菜的舖頭，亞女鍾意食酸菜魚，於是就入去試吓招牌酸菜魚魚類有大魚、鱸魚同桂花魚三種選擇，揀咗唔多骨的鱸魚，魚肉滑溜鮮甜，而且選用四川的酸菜、泡椒做出地道的口味，入口麻辣鮮香，配埋寬粉份量超多濃湯雲吞雞雞肉嫩滑鮮甜，雲吞大大粒，餡鮮蝦爽脆，湯底濃鮮有雞味家常扣肉扣肉酥香軟糯，油而不膩，梅菜清甜爽口，吸收了五花肉的油脂和醬汁，味道咸中帶甜，一點都不覺膩煎封黃立䱽經過煎封的黃立䱽外皮酥脆甘香，肉厚嫩滑，加上甜辣醬汁，十分惹味高山雪裡紅雪裡紅口感脆嫩，帶點苦味和獨特香氣，簡單以蒜泥辣椒清炒已很美味古法龍抄手抄手有白菜餃或韮菜餃兩款選擇，皮薄餡鮮，配上紅油，味道麻麻香香，十分開胃紅糖糍粑糍粑外脆內軟，配搭紅糖漿，香甜軟糯
