To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

嗰日朋友話呢間好好食，強烈要求要食呢間，所以就嚟咗試下😙-👀冇立場資訊-🥔大盤土豆片 ($68)少少油，不過好夠鑊氣同惹味🥰啲土豆片切得幾薄，冇menu望落咁厚👀不過份量都夠，同埋雖然好多乾辣椒，但食落唔辣!!入面腩肉偏肥，不過就令成碟餸食落好香😋-🐟招牌水煮魚 (大魚$136)魚肉食落幾滑幾嫩，不過可能因為叫大魚，都幾多骨，食嗰時記住小心啲🧐魚片偏薄，不過唔算好辣，反而麻嘅味道出啲😋不過食食下食到有少少泥味，可能下次試下叫桂花魚😗-🐓招牌口水雞 ($178一隻)呢碟張相冇咗，因為嗰日食飯我遲咗到，碟雞已經俾啲朋友食咗一半🥲味道方面都係麻多過辣🌶雞肉嫩身唔會’鞋’，皮薄多汁，幾值得叫🤩-🦢土法鵝腸皇 ($88)我本身就唔係好食鵝腸，不過係啲朋友嘅大力推薦下食咗幾舊，食落口幾爽，同埋冇我最驚嘅怪味😋食落少少辣，芫荽味都幾出，因為調味幾好所以我都忍唔住夾多咗幾舊😛😛-整體而言呢間餐廳嘅價格比較親民，CP值都算高，份量夠多同埋味道唔錯🤔我諗應該都會再去幫襯食埋其他餸😚不過啲姐姐嘅服務就還好，我地本身追加咗碟餸，可惜等咗好耐先知原來冇落🥲
