To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

雲桂香主要喺九龍區有好多分店，主要賣經典嘅小鍋米線同埋紅薯粉，湯底重口味得來都幾多層次，加入左唔同嘅配料來提高鮮味☺️.平時嘅最愛一定係螺旋藻！唔同於平時嘅海大，螺旋藻質感柔軟，連埋湯汁一齊食，真係好好食🤤另外嘅其他配菜都唔錯，例如墨魚頭、肥牛、竹笙等等，每次都需要花少少時間去諗今日食咩好🤭.價錢嚟講，普遍都$40-60，亦都可以加唔同嘅小菜大概$20-40，平民價錢都可以食得好滿足😙👍🏻
