呢間拉麵店係來自日本愛媛縣,主打醬油沾麵,由2014年開始到宜家已經連續六年獲得米芝蓮推介,喺香港有三間分店(不過都係喺港島),今次就去咗鰂魚涌嘅分店,店內嘅裝修以木為主,座位唔算多,不過今次過咗午飯時間去就唔使等位🤪✨周月沾麵 $93沾麵可以揀濃/淡汁、冷/熱面,份量可以揀100/200/300g,今次就試左300g嘅冷麵,都真係幾大份,面嘅口感好煙韌彈牙,麥香味濃而且都幾掛湯,肉同蛋都正常發揮。再講下佢嘅醬油湯底🤤佢嘅醬油係用18個月發酵而成,冇加任何化學調味料或者防腐劑,用咗魚介粉同帆立貝油,湯底嘅醬油味好濃郁同埋都幾油,而且偏鹹帶少少醋酸味,但唔會話超級滯,啱晒重口味人士,就算揀咗淡湯底都係偏濃,所以唔鍾意太鹹嘅人就應該唔會鍾意佢哋嘅拉麵,不過我自己就覺得OK🤤但食晒一碗300g真係超級飽🤣
