To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

📍 四川重口味 Heavy Taste🌍 土瓜灣北帝街26A號地舖G/F, 26A Pak Tai Street, To Kwa Wan📝 整體評分： 8／10呢到基本上8成既野都辣，重口味人士會覺得好過癮~🥢涼拌麻辣豬腸🥢 $55豬腸好爽，涼拌汁麻油香濃，好香口惹味~🥢水煮牛肉🥢 $148牛肉滑嫩不柴，鮮香入味，麻勁十足，底下有大豆芽菜同薯粉。🥢香炒水晶粉🥢 $68加左肉碎、洋蔥、紅蘿蔔絲、芹菜去炒，可辣可不辣，香噴噴好煙韌嘅水晶粉條條分明，好有咬口，但會偏油小小~🥢濃湯雲吞雞湯🥢 $88諗唔到$88可以咁大兜，有肉有菜有湯。雲吞大大粒，皮薄餡多，浸入哂上湯，成個小籠包咁既樣~ 雞肉唔算好厚肉但夠滑身。
