自從上次出trip去過意大利野,好耐都無食過傳統的意大利味道啦! 講真係香港既意大利餐廳有好多,但係要講到傳統味道呢,真係無乜邊間!  朋友介紹話銅鑼灣既Babbo Trattoria既意式風情可傳統,咁公司既意大利人都去開果度食,所以今次一於約朋友去試下!或者係平日夜晚既關係,當晚人唔算好多,但入到去就好似返左意大利街邊咁!(其實米蘭街邊餐廳D裝修唔好諗到咁裝潢,好多都開左好多年,有種老店感覺,所以呢度都有呢種風味! 遠處望到遠處有個好大既窯爐,係最傳統果隻,香港好少見,睇黎呢度呢到最傳統既意大利味道!店員見到我地對窯燒咁有興趣,就介紹左我地幾度窯燒既菜式! 佢話呢度最出名既餐前小食就係”帕達諾窯烤牛肚”,建議我地試下! 上台果陣真係好香! 雖則我本身好少食內臟,因為怕果陣臊味,但個牛肚好淋,一d都好唔臊,而且佢用窯燒,就好似鎖住d肉汁咁,令到d牛肚好juicy,配埋佢個漿,點烤多士食,就係回味無窮啊! 至於個醬呢,味道好豐富好有層次,我食得出番茄味同rosemary,其他既食唔出啦,不過意大利野個醬係精瘁,呢個醬絕對係cief秘製!Main disk – 我地一人叫左一個! 我就點

Main disk – 我地一人叫左一個! 我就點左肉漿野菇Risotto,朋友仔就叫左Sicily辣味鮮蝦pizza! 先講個Risotto,唔好以為同出面食D肉醬意粉無乜分別! 一上台我就聞到個cheese面層烤得好香,都估唔到原來佢個cheese面層真係好~好~好厚架! 用叉撩開發覺cheese面唔但止厚,而且好結實,拉起絲上來d絲拉到好長都唔斷,證明落足料啊! 味道方法,呢個risotto既濃郁程度係出面食到既幾倍! 好滿足! 係我想要既傳統既意大利味道啊!

Sicily辣味鮮蝦pizza – 店員好貼心咁問我地食唔食得辣,因為佢話呢個辣蝦真係好夠辣! 當然我呢個辣妹,當然幾辣無問題啦! 個pizza上台果下已經好香,雖則我地見到d邊黑左,但係呢個係窯燒既賣點黎! 相比用焗爐,當然無咁易啦,但味道完全係兩回事! 窯燒pizza既餅底,食落有好香既小麥味道,邊位好脆,但入面並無乾憎憎,食到餅面好香膿既辣汁同茄醬味道,而且大蝦得好香口! 正!

雖則呢餐只係叫左三樣野,但已經食到好飽啦,非常滿足! 以後要食傳統意大利既味道,我一定會再黎返Babbo Trattoria!
