To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 員工服務態度幾好，做嘢爽快，又會介紹菜式俾我哋，不過門口長期冇人帶位，等咗一陣先有人行出來，可能疫情關係，員工人手唔夠，但我覺得都係可以大家互相體諒的❤️💯

店舖環境很好，枱與枱之間好闊落，又乾淨，而呢間分店係比較光猛，之前去Marco Polo嗰間係好暗嘅，裝潢方面都係固有中國古典路線。

因為好多人都話有隱藏收費，我就直接比張單大家睇吓，蔗汁、薏米水、酸菜都有收錢，不過都係有限錢，如果大家好抗拒的話可以試吓問員工，我就無乜所謂。

 埋單連Service charge total $1249 💰

總結：由於已經唔記得當年覺得嘅好味係有幾好味，所以冇期望就冇失望😆，今次再食唔再覺得好好味，食物尚算中上，但唔係頂級，服務態度優質，環境舒適，地理位置方便。
