To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間連鎖店可以話係香港重慶酸辣粉潮流嘅第一代icon。繼佢以後,可以食酸辣粉嘅地方如雨後春筍,越來越多。LadyB 特別尊敬開創先河嘅領軍者。今日黎呢度重溫一下「始作俑者」既味道。簡單招牌傷心酸辣粉,另加腩肉。湯:預設小辣,其他程度嘅辣要另加兩蚊(🤔呢個做法有別於其他酸辣粉店嘅做法,一般係一個價錢有多種辣嘅選擇)雖然係小辣,有少少麻,都足以令ladyB流晒鼻水🌶😮‍💨。湯底係清甜嘅味湯,都算係有誠意👍🏻配料:有好多脆卜卜嘅花生,好好味!仲有少少肉碎同埋菜,都幾豐富☺️腩肉:用五花腩,肥瘦合宜。可能係ladyB比較重口味,所以覺得腩肉味道唔夠出,如果濃味啲,就更正啦🤗服務一流,工作人員都有禮熱心招呼👍🏻簡簡單單嘅酸辣粉,要保持到果種最初另人趨之若鶩嘅水平,其實都唔容易。
