To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第一次入黎重慶大廈行街。真係好少可。本來係想食正宗印度咖哩，不過都係留返夜晚。而家就試下下午茶先原來真係好多選擇，而且人人都好熱情。行到去2樓, 有一間專食土耳其菜, 真係有kebab串, 服務員姨姨又好誠懇, 就試下這間。有佢地特色既印度奶茶(口味拍得住香港奶茶), Naan 一厚一薄(口感好正), Humus 豆溶(這個真係值得一試, 佢唔係薯溶個類, 好滑好豐富, 一點都不油膩), 仲有個橄欖沙律。真係非一般體驗, 同以前食過既印度餐好唔同。一定會再黎正式食返餐
